MyCityDental

I would never recommend this clinic to anyone, They are not trustable and responsible and professional, I haven't seen this unprofessional behavior before, They sent us an email about their promotions, My husband booked an appointment for me and asked them please check the limit of my insurance coverage and if my insurance is not over I want to go for check up and they told no worries we checked your insurance and your insurance coverage is not over and you won't be charged So I went to the clinic, and before check up I told them 3 times please check my insurance because I don't want to pay extra, they told me no worry we checked it and your insurance cover it after check up they gave me a receipt and told me you must pay $179 sorry your insurance hasn't renewed and because today is Saturday we can not connect to the insurance company,I was just shocked I am so regret that why I trusted them They just charge you and don't care about your health, I paid $179 for a toothbrush, a toothpaste and a dental floss today!!! Hi Thank you for replying my review Please keep in mind,I made the appointment because of your dental cleaning promotion and I did not need any other services , Is there any necessity to do X-ray and exam for anyone who comes to your clinic for the dental cleaning? On the other hands your personnel knew that I did some services in another dental clinic , Could they ask me to provide my previous X-ray?(All dental clinic accept x-ray for last 6 months) I paid $179 because I just needed a dental cleaning Anyway during the all years which I have been used my dental insurance ,all dental clinics did the pre approval and inquiry before they provide any dental services for me, I asked 3 times from your personnel that please first check my dental insurance doesn’t be maxed out before do any services for me and they told me it is not maxed out no worries, Anyway it did not a good experience for me You are a good person for sure but your personnel and your Team need more guidance

I’ve visited many dental clinics over the years, but this one truly stands out. My experience here was exceptional, and I highly recommend it! Scheduling my appointment was seamless, and they were right on time. The team went above and beyond by checking my insurance beforehand and providing clear, transparent billing information. I’m especially grateful to Andrea, my hygienist, for her thorough communication and attention to detail, and of course, to Dr. Bahar for her outstanding work. This clinic truly sets the bar for quality and honesty in dental care!

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Soroush and his assistant, Fariba. They are both very professional, kind, and honest. Every step of the process is explained clearly, and they always make you feel comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere in their clinic is warm and friendly, and their work is precise and trustworthy. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Soroush and his team!

We had a great experience with Dr. Soroush and his team. Despite the distance, we chose his clinic because of his expertise, and it was absolutely worth it. My kids had an amazing experience—there was no rush, no pain, and the shallow cavity fixes were done so smoothly that they barely noticed. Dr. Soroush is highly experienced, and his friendly, professional team made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend his clinic to anyone looking for top-quality dental care!

My hygienist Teresa is the best! Very thorough and gentle with cleaning my teeth. Always pleasant, professional and kind when I see her. I referred my husband too and he also is very pleased he came as he said same thing! Thank you Teresa for always doing a great job! ❤️
