This place is snobby, inconsiderate and clearly does not care about its patient’s oral health. Do not waste your time and money here.
I took my dad here for an initial consultation in late November to assess his eligibility for dental implants. While the initial assessment was fine (and took a long time), it was the clinic’s actions (or lack thereof) afterwards that was unacceptable! First, they made my elderly father come back for a CT scan, where he had to wait for OVER TWO HOURS despite him showing up for the appointment on time. He also had to pay $250 for this scan. Then after that - CRICKETS. We didn’t hear back from this clinic for OVER TWO MONTHS on next steps - I followed up once, my dad’s dentist did a second follow up, and it wasn’t until the third follow up that they finally asked my dad to come in in February to discuss results and next steps. Their excuse was that the original doctor, Dr. Gioulos, was away on holidays...then there were scheduling issues (even though they never reached out to schedule anything with us?)....and then we had to be switched over to another doctor. How is this acceptable, considering they market themselves as “committed†and “experienced� My elderly father is suffering from loose teeth, and is having trouble eating everyday and dealing with infections - he should not have to wait around for the clinic to figure out “schedule issues†and holiday coverage. For a $50,000 TREATMENT, I expect better care and communication. Alas, we decided not to proceed with the treatment. Although they gave us a refund for the scan (which I had to request for), they were not apologetic. We will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone.
