I have been coming to see Dr. Garg for many years now. Because of his care I am no longer afraid of dentists and actually look forward to going for my checkup. Thanks to all of the staff for the best treatment for all these years!!!

I've been coming here since I was little. As a kid, I always had Dr. Samra. He was great, and I never had any issues. When I returned after a few years of not going to the dentist (expensive, and we don't have good coverage) we found he had a new dentist in most days. I didn't like her very much. She was pushy, and talked down to me, and made me feel bad about having a few cavities (when in my whole life before I had only 1 or 2, so my record wasn't bad). When she filled in the cavities on the right side of my face, it wasn't bad, she froze me so well I couldn't feel a thing (which irritated me when she asked if my teeth felt even when I closed my mouth). The second time was the opposite. She gave me 2 painful injections of freezing in my jaw, and I still felt everything- I went through the whole left side cavity filling, feeling everything because I didn't want to have her try to inject me again. Afterwards, not caring about my health benefits, she and the secretary set up a check-up appointment without my agreement.

I was there for a wisdom teeth examination. They did not mention the cost of the examination at the beginning and by the end, they billed it to my insurance without telling me if I didn't specifically ask about it. The cost of examination they billed is higher than other dentist. Even though I did not have to pay anything at front, but that used up my insurance limit. They did not even give me a receipt before I left. The way they try to sneak money from my insurance is too sketchy..

My wife and I have had many fillings from many different dentists, and we both have never had persistent pain (lasting at least a year later) after a filling until visiting this dentist. Perhaps worse still, this dentist does not seem to follow any protocols: cleanings are different each time (with various steps skipped for no apparent reason: flouride, polish, flossing, different instruments used, etc). In addition, there is more pain at each cleaning than either of us has had at any other dentist.

I went here because of all the five star reviews. My hygienist was nice and seemed to do a pretty good job on the cleaning. The dentist seemed very wishy washy on what needed to be done. I.e. We should pull two of my wisdom teeth, or maybe all of my wisdom teeth. Didn't give me any explanation of why this needed to be done when all my prior dentists have said they are fine. Also pretty expensive place even though I only have to pay 20% copay. But the worst was when I booked with a different dentist for a second opinion. I gave them the release to transfer the paperwork 2 weeks before the appointment but Bridgeport didn't send it over. Even when I arrived the the next appointment and the new dentist still didn't have my x-rays, the Bridgeport office just hung up on the new dentist! The new dentist had to threaten to report the office to finally get my records! I can't believe they are so unprofessional.
