I called to ask them to change the locks at our business and they came out less than an hour later and changed the lock for us. Now that is impeccable customer service. I am impressed. They made the whole process extremely quick and easy. I also thought the price was very reasonable.

Excellent customer service at an affordable price. Needed to have a door open on the weekend and they sent a locksmith over within an hour. He was running a few minutes late, but called before appointment time to let me know. Appreciate letting me know in advance that we he was on his way and would be there shortly. When he arrived was quick and professional. Thanks for helping us out Pro Locksmiths!

John was extremely helpful, courteous, and rapidly responded to my need to have my door handle repaired. He provided options that he had in-stock as well as offering options that would need to be ordered. The installer was courteous and prompt, arriving as promised and did a superb job of replacing the handle with one that functions the way it's supposed to. The finished product perfectly ties in with the look and feel of the front door. I was very pleased with the exceptional service and proficiency of Pro Locksmiths.
