I think it was Scott who helped us (the current owner anyways). Extremely professional. Helped us decide on good options for lock changes and rekeying for our whole house. Came out right when he said he would and performed the work quickly and well. We were completely ready to change out every lock but he gave us honest options about which should be changed, which need not be, and what is a good option for security. Definitely recommend.

I am known for locking myself out of my house so I gave my brother a spare key. When he moved, he misplaced my key, so when I locked myself out again I called Brightman's and they fit me into their schedule. The technician was very polite, funny and professional. Would absolutely 1000% recommend Brightman's! 😊 Thank you, Marie

Scott was on time, efficient, and meticulous in both the installation and clean up. He took the time show me how to program the electronic key pad and confirmed both locks were working properly. I was thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend this company for any locksmith work that needs to be done.

We have used Brightman and Son Locksmiths on a few of our entrances over the past year. We will continue to call them from now on. They are professional and fast. They not only know their stuff they take the time to explain all work done and the prices are very reasonable. Dealing with them on the phone and with their techs in person has been a pleasure.

Incredibly professional, amazing prices! Very quick someone stole our keys out of our door night before locks we're re-keyed by 9 am next day!
