I wish I could give this company ZERO stars! We had two technicians come in to replace a door closer in our store front. The service was 'ok' however the exit was NOT! It was to my surprise being a store owner that they do not accept cheques (which I was not informed of until all of their work was completed). After asking for my invoice I was told I had to either pay cash upfront or give them a credit card number so they could then forward that number to their "office" for them to process. In which, I called their office to confirm and was rudely told that they have never been asked to pay by cheque, and she proceeded to YELL at me saying how poorly we run business because we refused to pay that amount in cash. Being confused at why I would have to fork out $800+ in cash I was then rudely told that I need to speed up my payment by their technician because they have other appointments to get to. In which, they proceeded to eat pizza in front of our store. As well as leaving ALL the parts including small screws, the door arm and springs laying in the middle of the doorway. Where customers could have easily stepped and injured themselves, in which WE would have had to deal with if they did in fact injure themselves. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and would hope that no one would have to deal with the lack of customer service.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. any review on here that is positive is spam. First off when the owner replies to things about the hst with comments like "it goes to OUR government" that is misleading. Minute locksmith is an Israeli based company which then re-directs phone calls to an employee somewhere in the area who is not an actual locksmith. Next time calling this company please ask to be shown their locksmith apprenticeship completion card or a registered locksmith CRL card. They will not posses one as they are not an actual locksmith. Their prices are 100% scams. The have no place of business in the kitchener waterloo area, no storefront, no actual company address. Do yourself a solid and do not contact this company for any reason and report them to the better business bureau.

The service was "OK", This is the second time i called this company. We use locksmith services very frequently for all our buildings from another local larger company but they were busy this time. Tech came out when he said he would. The job was done satisfactory. The issue i have with the service was the amount of the invoice. He was onsite for 2.5 hours and my bill came to $632.50 with tax. This same work at another building cost around $380.00 with tax from one of the biggest lock smiths in the city. The only material minute locksmith used was two lock cylinders. I know how much a lock cylinder cost and i think these guys price gouge even if they are commercial grade, I told him our other service provider would never charge this and he said oh well you have the invoice. This will be the last time we use this company. This is also the First time i have every written a review, but i feel people need to know, Always ask for a quote. My thought is, If you charge a lot you need to be prepared and look and act like you are worth the money. The tech that showed up was equipped with CHEAP tools, and constantly searching for things. When it was time to write an invoice he couldn't find a pen so he borrowed mine. In hind site i should never of let him use it if i knew this large invoice came from it.

The technician was great! I needed a new lock for a door that separated my waiting room and shop floor at my business. The technician was able to offer me multiple options and I decided on a keypad style lock. This option allowed my staff easy access while keeping my customers in a safe area. Installation went smoothly and the tech was great in showing me how to program the keypad. I would definitely recommend them.

Honest review: they charged me $174 for a simple lock at one of the student rental apartment on Lester. The guy literally put two air wedge in my door and took him like 2 minutes to open, all he had to do was to pump some air into the air wedge. I could just replace the entire lock for way less but it was an emergency. The arrival is fast though and yeah no damage is made, but if you are on a student budget should reconsider.
