Failure to the extreme. Security is not offered

Never seen such bad security. failure should be their name. Guards can not even answer simple questions. Nothing was protected or secure . I think they sleep instead of patrol. So very bad, go give your money to a good quality company because these guys are not qualified to do anything security

Changing Locks!

They will change your locks if someone asks them to do so! Doesn't matter whether you liver there or are the owner or not! They will take any job whether ethical or not! They just want $$$.

I was just there today and all the people in the shop were positive and good-humoured, which was really pleasant given that I arrived 5 minutes before closing time and probably delayed them! They quickly and efficiently re-keyed the deadbolt I brought in. They also oiled it! When I installed it, it worked beautifully. All round great experience.

Bought a Schlage Camelot matching lockable door handle & dead bolt. Had to order due to this not being a common item for G&A to stock. Took about a month to get but was worth it. I refinished my door and it looked great except for the dated handle. The installation went perfect as my existing door is from 1958 and had to be drilled to fit the new handle. The installer did a great job and my door looks like new.

Good place to get keys copied, especially if they are rarer models. Service was fast and friendly and the key works great. Price was very reasonable.
