The service was good at the counter was great. But the home service was poor , at best. The service man was able to access my house, but he was unable to cut me a set of keys or remove the lock due to not having the proper tool. I called to reschedule but he never returned. I'm now in the position of having to replace the lock. I hope that they'll be able to remedy this as they seem to be good people. Ill call again and post a follow up.

I was a regular customer of 15 years. Our office was broken into and I had to beg them to come the same day to secure the broken lock provisionally. Over the next three days I called three times to arrange for a permanent solution. The response I received was: "I don't know if we can get to you today." I gave up and called another locksmith, who arrived within 20 minutes and corrected the problem definitively. I wish I could assign zero stars.

Went in to replace a 60$ American Lock pad lock which had broken this winter. The staff told me that my lock could be repaired for about 15$. In about 5min they fixed my lock good as new. Wonderful service. Fantastic price. A great local business.

Expensive and unconvenient . Coming back from South East Asia. I lost my key there. Went for double on Monday while I still was off. They charged me $16 for each key (no discount for more then one). The keys were not made properly and did not work. Same keys could be purchased $11 elsewhere. Open only Monday to Friday daytime, no evening or weekend. I had to miss work when I am super busy to get the keys redone. I asked for a discount or an additional key to partly compensate for the trouble and their unconvenient opening hours and they declined.

Fast, friendly and efficient- easy to get to from downtown. Was a real time saver.
