Amazing service! My key literally came apart in my hand the night before. I went into the shop in the morning and they were able to fix it at a decent price and in a good time. Fred was super helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Had a friends car and my dads car keys taken care of here, and it was great! My friends required special software that they didn’t have, so they got it. They decided they wouldn’t charge him extra because it wasn’t his fault. Got his key taken care of quickly, and my dads key was ready in 20 minutes! Friendly staff, nice waiting area, and there’s wifi! Will be getting my brothers key made there soon!

Really great. Competitive pricing and quick service. Made a copy of my Nissan Rogue key fob in minutes. Yaser is a top chap and explained the whole process to me. Just make sure you go to the right address, as they have recently opened a second unit.

Professional and prompt service. These guys do what they promise and work hard for their customers. It’s not cheap, but it’s way better than the dealership.

All I can say is wow. I live an hr away but all my friends and family live in Hamilton.. someone recommended them so I called, explained the situation and they said I could come right in. Came in with my daughter, they replaced the key promptly (was there for 15 min) and they even put my old key back together as best they could so I could have an emergency back up. They joked around with my daughter and even gave her a couple key chains for free. Highly highly recommend, 100 times over !!!!!!
