Not dependable. First I called for a quote, guy on the phone was great. Very friendly and professional and decided we would call back to set an appointment. Different guy on the phone this time, not as friendly or professional, phone kept cutting out and had to repeat phone number a few times. Either way ended up booking an appointment for 9 am Saturday morning. Never showed up (other reviews reflect no show appointments), no call either. Called them back and number not available? Called again today (monday) same thing. No idea what happened but I would not reccomend this company.

Terrible terrible customer service!! Called 8 am on 3 August- as needed a break in lock relaxed on our garage door. Graham said could do and be up at 3:30. Great- until he never showed. I called him- he said he couldn’t find the house - he wrote down the incorrect address! Then he said he called my cell phone TWICE- said it was busy-which he did not as I received Not one call!! He started yelling at me on the phone and said he “ didn’t feel like driving across the city to do it”!!!!! I hung up on him as he was yelling!! Brutal horrible service!!

They had excellent and courteous customer service. Someone was able to come over within ten minutes of my calling (no extra charge for the rush). They gave me a free estimate on the phone that was accurate and very competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Within one hour he was at my place of business to change our locks. Gave us all the keys we needed. Worked fast and good price for the work! Thank you!
