DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING. Save yourself from headache and find someone else who knows what their doing or the least will treat you like a professional must!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them for my car -which the steering wheel was locked- they sent their "technician" and told me it can definitely be fixed. I was never told that the so called technician will be breaking the entire thing and replacing with a different part that will not function properly or I would loose the Lock system entirely. Not only that!!! he broke couple of other parts on my dash board like the AC Grill and also now the air bag light is on and I have to take my car to dealer for reprogramming. Thats not all, when we called their management office I was treated so poorly and was accused of lying about the broken parts. The "Technician" started shouting in the middle of our driveway making a scene and threatening us to pay him and we had to call the cops for him to lower his voice. We were charged $750.00 for a non completed job, damaged car, and POOOOOOOR customer service. Way to go Locksmith!!!!!!!!!!! I will for sure see these guys in court soon!

Very helpful. I called at 4:58pm when they close at 5pm. The woman who answered did not make me feel rushed as I explained my needing a locksmith issue.
