I have a high regard for people that help others at no benefit to themselves other than preserving the good name of an industry. The owner of Thornton’s Locksmith was just that kind of person. Although, he didn’t help me physically with my problem he advised me as to what I could do that would be cheaper than having a unlicensed locksmith come to change the locks since I had a tight timeline to change my locks. He even advised me that if I ran into a snag that I could call him back and he would help me over the telephone. Thank you so much.

Randy and Jason were friendly, fast and very efficient. I couldn't say anything but a positive review. They came fast and were able to fix the lock on my 1842 door and also sourced the hardware needed for another older door. I would highly recommend!

Outstanding, professional service. Randy was fantastic, he came right away and made us feel so much better about the situation. We are so thankful and would highly recommend Thornton's Lockworks.
