They were able to provide me with a difficult to find replacement item so that I could repair one of my locks. This is a perfect example of small business providing an exceptional shopping experience. They do charge more for some comparable items you would find in a big box store, but I found it perfectly understandable given that this is a small specialty business.

it is a rip off the owner doesn't even let you talk and advised the wrong things, and when you realized just a few seconds after paid with an open package he will not exchange or refund. prices are too expensive even same items as rona or home depot are double price or 3 times more. avoid go to this place

Incredible service & knowledge.

I called this store today to get advice on a deadbolt lock that was increasingly difficult to use. I was ready to have a locksmith come out and repair it but the fellow at this shop gave me some advice with respect to trying something at home before I spent the money on their services. Their advice worked and given that experience the next time I have a real problem they will be the first locksmith I call.

They know their stuff. No complaints from me.
