We have been coming to the Cafe for a couple years now and have had nothing but absolutely awesome experience every time we step through the door. Dr Joel and the cafe team are welcoming, fun and friendly. I recently missed a few visits, thinking I wouldn't really notice, but man was I wrong! I felt the affects of not having regular checks both physically and mentally. Our family would recommend the cafe of life to everyone

In February, I came to Dr. Joel after seeking out chiropractic care for general back pain/poor posture. In only two months, I have gone from back pain and headaches to no back pain and almost no headaches, and feeling better overall. Dr. Joel is extremely knowledgeable in not only chiropractic care, but also in pursuing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He is very dedicated to his patients and creates a real sense of community at the Cafe of Life. Dr. Joel, Rebecca and Brent are all so friendly and really make you feel welcome. I love coming here and look forward to more progress as I continue my treatment plan with Dr. Joel.

Cafe of Life has such a wonderful atmosphere and staff team. I went back after 2 years and was welcomed and remembered which felt amazing. I recommend this place for anyone who is seeking chiropractic care from a holistic treatment style. They are fantastic!

Since I've joined the chiropractic family here, I've gone from 270lbs and very poor life choices to 195lbs and have my life back. I feel better, live better, am a positive role model for my daughters. I've become a member of the think by design movement, as well as a Crossfit addict. I owe so much to the cafe of life, the Richards brothers and their team. I was going down the wrong path for sure. I recommend joining the movement if your medical practitioner is pushing medications for all your troubles. They can truly change you life.

I started my newborn with treatment when she was about 2 months old and shortly after started treatments for myself as the pregnancy was far rougher than my first. From the initial phone call to every subsequent visit, Dr Joel, Rebecca and Brent have been welcoming and professional. I’m in awe of the integrity and humanity they exemplify.
