Totally unprofessional Brokerage

Due to privacy I am not sharing name, but if brokerage disagree, I will post all emails. They issue policy, then after the payment and in-force for a month, they increased amount, with a lame excuse. In quote they have wrong address, corrected and they confirmed by email, but after 5 months policy cancellation notice got by email as they were sending to wrong address. For husband-wife policy they made error and put husband single, again sent email, they confirmed in writng it is fixed, but after 5 months when called they mentioned same who is married and single on policy. Email the president, vice president multiple times, they just ignored after first reply that they will look into this, no out come or even they did not bother to acknowledge the emails and fault. Going to RIBO.

Wow!!! Been using Nazim Charania for approx 1.5 years now for both home and auto coverage When I was leaving my previous insurance company due to yearly rate increases even though we never had any claims or violations! I decided I would juat fire off emails for quotes to any agent servicing Ontario. I am in Ottawa and these guys are in Toronto....all good as everything can be done from a smartphone. Anyways, all i can say is this Nazim guy got back to me right away and had me a quote in hours. Nazim had my insurance all complete before 80% of the other agents had even responded to me. Anytime I think about changing vehicles and ask for a quote, Nazim has it for me in less than an hour most times!!! I can't praise this guy enough! If you need quick results- Nazim seems to be on standby....days / evenings / weekends!!!

Worst service ever. I've been paying these people for years and never had a claim. The one time I call to have some documents emailed to me, the Secretary kept blowing me off. After many calls and many times being put through to a voice mail of someone I vacation, I finally got redirected to someone that could help. It took 1 minute to email this to me but thanks to their BAD customer service, I had the privilege of sitting in the ministry waiting area all day as I waited for my papers so I could renew my sticker. I pay over 2k a year and inconvenience them for 2 minutes and they still can't help me.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Rai Grant Insurance Brokers. I was able to save about $750 a year on my car and home insurance. That is quite a saving! Moreover, I received very prompt, courteous and professional treatment. My price quote was provided by Steve Moses. I could not ask for better. Needless to say, I gave my business to them after I had stayed with the same insurance company for 28 years. Also found out that my first accident was FREE...just like other insurance companies...but without the high cost. Thank you Rai Grant!
