DO NOT GO HERE!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE I feel really awful writing a negative review because the staff here are generally super nice but the way the manager has handled this is unacceptable. I went in for a blonde balayage with fairly healthy light hair with some split ends, I left with choppy destroyed orange tone hair. I went back the next day, and was clearly not happy with it, after putting in more bleach and then toning it was honestly worse than before. My hair destroyed, I went to another salon to get it fixed. Unfortunately the only way to fix it without having my hair fall out was to cut half of it off and dye it to my natural color. I went in wanting long blonde toned hair and by the end of the week I had a dark bob. After going in to talk with someone about a refund the manager called the next day and refused, I sent her the pictures of it and she said that I should have come to them to get it fixed (which I did the second day there.) Terrible customer service in management!

I'd like to direct this comment to the person named Helen Ling. I don't believe it is appropriate or even the least polite to post someone's name just because she had a poor experience. I wanted to be fair and I checked out this Helen Ling person's profile and it seemed that all she is interested is in food but gives everything else a super negative comment and always posted names of individuals. Maybe she is here to cause trouble and stir up hatred? Everyone views and judges things differently and perhaps this Helen Ling person should wait a while and see how her hair turns out. It is most inappropriate to personally target someone and have no regard how such action would affect the person. I am a regular at the salon and Bonnie has done my hair many times. She is skillful and nice. All I can say is that she gives me the vibe of a much better person than this Helen Ling. Sorry I am using the name Helen Ling. I am just sick and tired of people like this. Good luck Ms. Ling. I know you will target me as well that is why I would never use my real profile to make a comment, in order to prevent people like you, Helen Ling. Ms. Ling, I hate people like you. I was going to make an appointment online tonight. Thanks to you, you ruined my mood. I just happened to be online tonight and checked out your profile and you gave a lot of negative reviews! I hate haters like you and thanks to you, from now on, I am going to resist and fight people like you! You gave me a new meaning in life! Most inappropriate and disrespectful.

I was looking for a new stylist and was scanning the internet for a top-end stylist in Langley. I came across Champers Walnut Grove. The reviews and detailed description of the Salon helped me make the decision to give them a call and book an appointment. My stylist was Sunny and being it was my first time in her chair, we did a detailed review of my hair and its current condition and what I was looking for in a colour change. As we were going through the process, she continued to update on my hair's colouring and giving me tips on how to care for it after my appointment. The results were spectacular! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! She removed the yellowing from my hair, refreshed it to give me a more natural colour, trimmed it and gave me a gorgeous finished style. Too bad I wasn't going out for the evening because I left there feeling beautiful. Thank you Sunny! I will see you in 3-months for my next appointment.

Don't go there. I went there for roots touch up. I asked for light brown but my roots turned out to be black. When I asked, she kept saying it's because the hair is wet. Her name is Bonnie.
