Composers and Castles in Europe thanks to Ash Chandler-Pease

I have wanted to return to Europe for almost 30 years but I knew I'd be travelling alone this summer so I hesitantly walked into Flight Centre Saanich several weeks ago and had the incredible fortune to meet Ash Chandler-Pease. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met and is certainly the most helpful, inspiring, and knowledgeable travel agent. I had a vague idea about possibly England but instead he had me dream big and then focus about what my ideal trip to Europe would look like. We brainstormed cities and countries, looked at maps, and filled out a colour coded calendar. Ash helped me search for accommodation and tours, suggest day trips, and now I am about to embark on the trip of a lifetime following music composers and castles! Ash found me a very affordable flight and so I will soon be visiting: The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic! I am so grateful to Ash and have been raving about him to my friends and family. Thank you!

Going away?? Sophie made the arrangements for our honeymoon, and we were blown away. She knew how to make the most of our budget, and made us feel so awesome and special. Her customer service is fabulous. The travel arrangements were beyond what we could have done ourselves. Could not more highly recommend. We can't wait to be able to go away again to see what else Sophie can make happen for us!

My wife and I took a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer, which was arranged by Sophie. From first to last we received outstanding service. Sophie went to great lengths to explain to explain, in detail, everything related to the trip and answered all of our questions promptly and accurately. She also kept us up-to-date with any developments as time went on. Sophie is friendly and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting to book a trip. W.H. Martin

I have booked multiple flights with Carey and she has always come through with great options and helpful advice. She has even helped in a very time sensitive flight matter that was resolved quickly and expertly, I never would have been able to do it on my own. Great work going on in Saanich.

My wife and I recently booked a trip to Singapore with Jonathan Mactinger at the Saanich office of Flight Centre. Jonathan was very helpful in helping us select the best time to fly to take advantage of the lowest prices. With his help we compared several airlines before selecting EVA air. We did not feel rushed in making which our decision and appreciated Jonathan's customer service a great deal
