Lost $1000 and 28 hrs due to his lack of knowledge. He promised to reimburse it earlier, but now the year and half has passed,he hasn’t returned a single penny. Worst ever travel agent in whole of Surrey.I won’t recommend him to anyone.I have to give 1 star because google won’t post my review otherwise

Very poor customer service. Harpreet is so rude and we can’t say thay he is educated. There is no difference between an illiterate and Harpreet. I don’t know who make him travel agent. My ticket was booked till 27 January but due to personal reasons i need to change my ticket to 28 December. I talked to him and he said that he can only change the ticket when we travel half fare but when we came to India he dorsnot pick my phone and there is no reply of messages. Due to hos carelessness we lose a lot of money in buying new ticket by spending 80,000 INR. PLEASE ALL VISITORS OF THIS PAGE. BE CAREFUL, DONOT GO TO DHINDSA TRAVEL OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
