So we travel every year, generally booking online ourselves (I was a travel agent many years ago). We found a deal we thought was too good to be true, so ended up calling Shannon Violo. From the first call to numerous emails through your our vacation (no problems, just inquiries!) Shannon has gone over and above what we have come to expect of customer service. Her immediate responses to our emails, and her ability to transfer her personality to her emails has equated in her obtaining us as ongoing clients. Shannon rocks, and we are impressed with all she has done for us!

I just returned from a trip that Bruce Parkinson set up. This was my first visit to a Flight Centre or using a travel agent at all. I had gone in knowing what I wanted, I had already selected a resort in Mexico that I had looked up online. Bruce asked me a few questions and recommended a different resort. After spending about an hour with Bruce and his assurance that I would love this resort I booked it. It was the most beautiful best resort that I had ever been too. I will certainly be booking with Bruce at Flight Centre in the future.

I would like to take a moment to share my over the top experience with Flight Centre Upper Canada. I was having trouble trying to decide how to surprise my husband for our honeymoon. He had always wanted to go to Las Vegas for his 30th birthday, but we had recently got married and just bought a home and we didn't think it was going to happen. Bruce Parkinson, an international travel consultant and friend of mine came to the rescue. I told him my limited budget and timing and he was able to work out an amazing deal for me, needless to say it ended in one heck of a Christmas Surprise for my husband. We are more than excited to see our Honeymoon in Vegas come to life...Thank you Flight Centre Upper Canada and thank you so much Bruce Parkinson for all your amazing service and support. I strongly recommend Flight Centre Upper Canada and Bruce, for anyone who is seeking travel advice, you won't regret it!

I booked my trip with Leah. She was great! She had my trip to Vegas all planned and out and when I changed my mind last minute she was so helpful and more than happy to make the changes for me and got my trip to the Bahamas all organized! She found me a really nice adults only resort, my flights were direct, the whole trip was hassle free! I had an amazing time and the weather was fantastic!!! I will be booking my next trip with her for sure!
