I recently booked a cruise to Italy and Greece through this travel agency, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! Susie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail of my trip was taken care of. From helping me choose the best itinerary to offering great recommendations for excursions, she really went above and beyond. The entire booking process was seamless, and Susie was always quick to respond to my questions. Thanks to her expertise, my cruise was truly a dream come true. I highly recommend this agency and Susie to anyone planning a vacation—they’ll make sure it’s unforgettable! Ciao ciao 🇮🇹🇬🇷

We met Susie 2yrs ago when we were on a vacation that went wrong so many ways and she even took the time to help us however she could at that time. Since then we just got back from a trip WITH HER and the comparison is unbelievable on how much smoother the trip was in comparison to other agents. Thank you so much Susie and team, can’t wait for many more with you!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Rossana. She spent countless hours helping me, making sure everything stayed within my budget while still keeping all of my must haves in mind for the suitable resort for us. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond every step of the way. Even when I’m sure it would have been easy to feel frustrated, she remained patient, calm, and so kind. She never stopped searching until she found an option that truly worked for me. I’m incredibly grateful for her dedication and can’t recommend her enough!

I can’t say enough great things about Susan Cooper! She went above and beyond to make our trip to Punta Cana absolutely perfect. From the very start, she worked tirelessly to find the right resort that suited all six of us — not an easy task! Susan handled every detail of our travel arrangements and made sure the resort staff knew we were coming and took great care of us once we arrived. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a travel agent who truly listens, personalizes your trip, and makes sure everything goes flawlessly, I highly recommend Susan Cooper. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!
