We had used Flight Center a few years back and now remember why we stopped! We travel 2-3 times a year, so know a bit about flying and where we are going. My option of carriers were Sunwing and WestJet.....they completely trashed Sunwing....saying that most of their complaints are about Sunwing. Like I said, we travel alot and 95% of the time, it's with Sunwing....and we have NEVER had any issues with them! They also now charge an extra service fee of $95 dollars if you choose to fly with them as they said they hope this will deter people from using Sunwing....this is completely not fair if a client likes Sunwing....they shouldn't have to pay them that just because they don't like them. The staff also don't seem to like it if you are more knowledgeable then they are....I had to correct them on the baggage weight limits! I requested Elite plus, which allows me to prebook my seat....I requested a seat so I was able to store my carry on under the seat in front of me.....they booked me in the first row....which you have to store your carry on in the above cabinets. I called Sunwing myself and had my seat selection corrected! I will NEVER use flight center again and will be sure to let EVERYONE I know, to stay clear of them as well. I've noticed they are not very busy whenever I'm in the mall.....so guessing I'm not the only person unhappy with their staff and level of knowledge/service!

Just went it to find a holiday and pay in full today. 2 ladies were working. Neither of them even looked up to say hello. I stood there over 10 mins while they chatted to people. I am just going to book online with someone else now. It is much easier than going in there. If one have even said hello we will be will you in a moment. But ti not even look up? Bad customer service.

Tyler Hawke is an exceptional staff at Flight Centre Cambridge Centre. I have had the pleasure interacting with him twice now and no problems whatsoever. He is professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. Just one phone call is all I need to make and I get the exceptional service from Tyler. Keep up the good work Tyler. It is a pleasure to have people like you in the Service Industry.
