I want to commend the amazing job that Brad (owner), Mike (Instructor) and the rest of the team at Float'N'Flag did as they were so knowledgeable, professional, and experienced to prepare me to dive! Coming in this experience, I had no scuba knowledge to begin with but I was equipped to succeed in my first few open water dives. They were very diligent with ensuring one-on-one attention, to ensure comprehension of all required competencies were completed to the appropriate demonstrations. I trusted (and will continue to trust) them to lead me in any form of dive with my life, as they ensure safety is of the utmost priority. They facilitated such an enjoyable and first-class experience, that I can only express my wholehearted gratitude to the team for such an amazing job, compassion and experience laying the foundation for me as a new diver. Thanks Brad, Mike, and the rest of the Float'N'Flag (Burlington, Ontario, Canada) crew! You need to drive to Burlington to get trained by this team,

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your great service when it came to my prescription mask. Although it took a few weeks, it was well worth it. The mask fits great and the prescription makes a world of difference, I believe my quote when I put them on was â€œHoly sh$&! These are amazing!â€ I was surprised that I could actually see clearly through them! My experiences with masks and goggles before, was always that I put them on to keep the water out of my eyes, rather than to see clearly. Now I can see perfectly under water. So, thanks to you and your staff for your great customer service and giving me a whole new under water experience.

Float & Flag was outstanding! I just completed my open water diver (classroom and pool work) course there and everyone was nothing but amazing. Devan was so helpful when my Husband and I went in to pick out a new mask, snorkel and fins. Then Brad and his team were so informative and made you feel so comfortable throughout the weekend. I was a little nervous for some of the pool work but Marc made sure I was comfortable and understood each task. I am now a confident diver and I cannot wait to complete my open water dives in Belize next month. I will be recommending Float & Flag to anyone and I will be back to take some more classes in the future. I can't wait for all of the adventures!

I'm currently doing a drysuit course. Brad is an excellent instructor. He is very patient and approachable. His thoroughness and the technique he uses in the physical portion of learning makes you feel comfortable with minimal stress. I highly recommend this dive shop to educate yourself while continuuing your diving journey/ portfolio. Kudos !

Float n Flag has phenomenal customer service and everyone that works there is enthusiastic about diving. The owner is fantastic and very helpful. I have been with the shop for almost 5 years now and I would recommend this shop to anyone! Classes are well organized and very fun, the community is welcoming and you will never leave unhappy. I live in a different province and they are very accommodating when I need to buy something or sign up for a trip. You will not be disappointed when you go to Float n Flag!
