Very professional and friendly staff

I really enjoyed the experience I had with Min and Debra. Debra was very friendly in helping me pick out frames, contacts and explain the pricing. The store was very clean and presentable. I was happy with my service and would reccomend others to go and ask for Debra or Min for help!

Went in to buy contacts (which i had many times before) after getting a new prescription. The lady (who i believe had no fault in this) that was working there was unable to sell me contacts despite having being just handed my new prescription because she was not an optometrist? I was stunned at how she was absolutely unable/unwilling to sell them or even explain why she couldn't, she just recited i had to have an optometrist order the contacts, despite the fact she herself had ordered them for me several times in the past. I gave up when i saw she was getting flustered and just ordered them online. Ended up being cheaper anyways. I'm leaving 2 stars because in the past i had no trouble, but i'm not sure if it's a policy change or what's going on, i left just feeling confused and without an answer as to why she couldn't sell them despite doing so before.

While most of the employees working here are kind and committed I was more than upset with with something the optometrist. While taking my family history she asked if anyone had had some sort of eye issues. I said that my Omi had had many laser eye surgeries but I had no idea what it was for. (Gist \/) Optometrist: Was this on your mom or dad’s side? Me: Moms Optometrist: Ok what about your dad’s side? Me: I have no idea and I try not to talk to him, so I wouldn’t be able to find out Optometrist: Why don’t you talk to your dad?? Me: I don’t like him, he’s not a good person Optometrist: Is that because of what your mom tells you? First of all, this had nothing to do with my eyes which she is paid to check- NOT my personal family business. Second, my mom didn’t come because she was babysitting the grandkids but if she had’ve came the optometrist wouldn’t have said a word. Seriously makes me so mad to think that someone, especially someone who is supposed to be professional, would say such a thing. I am upset and so is my mom. For the record I PERSONALY know my father, unlike the doctor who clearly felt this would help my vision. She also inferred I was lying because the “tests didn’t match my complaints”, but she gave me glasses anyway “because maybe they’ll help”. Just wow.

I bought my last two pairs of glasses here, very reasonable price and good attention to my needs

Called me said my sons glasses could be picked up, Walmart:"...glasses are ready for you to come pick up" Me: "ok perfect I get off work at 5, takes me about an hour to get to your location so I won't be there till about 6" Walmart:"perfect we will see you then" I get there about 5:50 and they told me I couldn't pick them up because the optometrist left at 5pm... WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THIS BEFORE I CAME IN FOR NO REASON

I made an appointment for December 19 5 pm, when we got there they said the machine just broke, right in that moment... So I rebooked for December 27 1 pm. However I decided to go somewhere else so I could have glasses before new year's Eve, and I past by to cancel my appointment and surprise my name wasn't even there booked. I have the card they gave me at the time to prove it. So, I'm glad I went somewhere else or I would waste my time once again, leaving the house with my baby on this cold weather...
