If I could give this travel agent a zero I would! I always book my own travel and I have never missed a flight. This travel agent book a $5500 trip of a lifetime to st.lucia (international). She gave us 40 minutes for our connecting flight (really 20 to boarding time) at one of the worlds largest airport. Of course we missed the connecting flight and spent the first day of our Caribbean vacation in Atlanta. Blah. Do yourself a favor and book your trips yourself! When I called her to help fix it she provided no help. She needs to learn some customer service skills!
