Proper choice if you're in a hurry and/or need questions answered. They told me the ticket was going to be $300 more than Skyscanner did, that's probably a result of their bad system more than their employees. Luckily they price matched it so I paid exactly what I would online. Great customer service, there were some questions I couldn't find online that they answered for me. With booking also comes a 24/7 phone service if you get into issues on your trip. Cancellation here will cost $200 and switching will cost $75, all on top of whatever the airline is charging to cancel/switch.

Very unprofessional staff. I booked one trip here and everyone was “hands off” unwilling to help afterwards. I was stuck at the airport in Europe with nothing going right as promised. It was to the point where I had to go to head office and make a formal complaint before everyone decided to “help”. Won’t be booking here again.

I would rate this 0 stars if it was possible. After working in the customer service industry and client relations, I am disturbed and appalled at the type of ‘customer service’ this location gives. Not only have they scammed people I have known who have inquired about planning trips, but the manager, bald man with full beard, is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Earlier this year, I was planning on booking my honeymoon with this business, but now I don’t trust these ‘agents’ and will definitely be taking my business elsewear. Beware of this location.

Worst service ever I highly recommend that nobody to go in there because you will get zero service you will get no help and you will get stranded in a different country Because the staff of this place is only looking out for their own interest they’re not looking out how to help a customer
