Complete waste of time. They will tell you, someone will email/ call you by end of the day to help with bookings but you would never receive a call back. Same thing happened a couple of times.

Honestly when it comes time to give money/business, they'll call within minutes, answer within seconds. But when it comes time making changes then they don't answer or return calls. I had to call the airline directly to confirm that the employees at this travel agency had requested special meals for my family and found out they hadn't. What the hell am I paying money for to an agency if I still have to do half the work??? Wouldn't recommend them at all. Very rude gentleman that answered a few times and then didn't answer at all I'm guessing recognized my number. Horrible horrible service.

Dont waste your time in calling theme. They really dont take care about the customer. Made several calls to purchase the ticket, and only response I got is will return my call which I never got. Totally waste of time.

The customer service here is horrible. The employees have no idea how to speak to people on the phone or how to run a business. When I had a family emergency and needed to re-book my flight, they were very rude and not accommodating. I suggest you do not book here. They are in for the money, not for you.
