I've booked my flights with them for 3-4 times. Their employees are so polite, patient and helpful. Comparing with my other travel agencies experiences, these people are fantastic. I have experience to book with Nasrin and Ali and both are amazing.

Attention! Make sure to read the change and refund policy of your ticket carefully before paying for that! They usually mention higher penalties for changing or canceling your ticket than the amount the airline charges with the same conditions. Ask them to modify before finalizing the ticket, if it was unusually high. Despite a couple of good experiences with this company, I will never get my ticket from them because they are not honest. Two stars because they are easily reachable by phone and polite.

I've bought my ticket from Atlas Travel a couple of times, I've enjoyed my experience with them every time, the agents were patient and explained everything to me in detail, I spoke with Elham the last time I've called them, she was pretty helpful in finding the lowest fares. Overall, I definitely recommend this travel agency.

I used to book my flights with them and would suggest them to my friends, but I got surprised and disappointed with their service today! I had to call them several times for a ticket reservation and I was told there would be a reservation charge of 25$ according to their new policies. And that it would be considered as a credit balance to my next purchase if I make a purchase within 3 months! Most probably something that they made up for such a small service. Bad service for a loyal customer. Sorry guys.. In days where competitions are all over the place there is no room for such a nonsense!

Some staff are rude and inadequate. Not only they were not willing to reserve the flight, but also they were very impolite. They have also given us misleading information before.
