Great customer service and the best price

I always book my flights with Atlas.Travel, and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for good prices. They provide other services like travel insurance too. The customer service is great and people are very cooperative there.

Attention! Make sure to read the change and refund policy of your ticket carefully before paying for that! They usually mention higher penalties for changing or canceling your ticket than the amount the airline charges with the same conditions. Ask them to modify before finalizing the ticket, if it was unusually high. Despite a couple of good experiences with this company, I will never get my ticket from them because they are not honest. Two stars because they are easily reachable by phone and polite.

I've bought my ticket from Atlas Travel a couple of times, I've enjoyed my experience with them every time, the agents were patient and explained everything to me in detail, I spoke with Elham the last time I've called them, she was pretty helpful in finding the lowest fares. Overall, I definitely recommend this travel agency.

I used to book my flights with them and would suggest them to my friends, but I got surprised and disappointed with their service today! I had to call them several times for a ticket reservation and I was told there would be a reservation charge of 25$ according to their new policies. And that it would be considered as a credit balance to my next purchase if I make a purchase within 3 months! Most probably something that they made up for such a small service. Bad service for a loyal customer. Sorry guys.. In days where competitions are all over the place there is no room for such a nonsense!

I used to buy my tickets from Atlas Travel since I have been in Canada past 7 years. I found both for national and international flights they have the best fairs, and the best tickets in terms of timing, flight time and layovers overall. I have always compared their tickets with Flighthub, Chipoair, Momondo, FlightNetwork, and Skyscanner. Atlas Travel almost always stands out overall. I strongly recommend them based on my own experience.

2 stars for their ticket price.. But they have poor notification process if there are flight changes. No emergency line to connect om Sundays. I booked my parents flight toronto-delhi non stop paying high price than other one stop flights. Today when they were doing a check in, they found that their destination is showing as vancouver. Their flight was changed without any notification from travel agent or air canada. Now its Sunday and we can't reach them and air canada as usual denied anything saying its your travel agent's responsibilty. The worst thing is - I even called them 2nd week of March for preponding their trip. They checked the reservation, talked with me for 5 minutes but still didn't mentioned anything about changes.. I guess if their old parents are travelling then they would be more cautious about updating their passengers... Thanks but no thanks...
