Great customer service, they go on and beyond, making sure to find the ticket within your budget and criteria that are important to you. For example the last time I bought my ticket from Ms. Kiana, I wanted to make sure I get a Bassinet for my little baby, have a good layover in Frankfurt to avoid the chance of missing my connection flight, yet not too long for my baby becoming exhausted. Everything worked our perfectly fine. My husband and I were really happy. They are not looking to sell you just a ticket, but are making sure to keep you happy so you would go back to them as regular customer and recommend them to your friends and family. My husband and I been very happy with their level of service and always recommend them to everyone we know.

This company is DESCRIMINATORY!! Look at the ad they posted on Indeed! "we are looking for a travel consultant other nationality than Iranian we need at least 5 years experience and know many people on their community."
