The customer service here is excellent. We have been here several times and love the views. These are some of the best photos in the world. There are several small gift shops and places to eat. The views are spectacular.

I enjoy the Table Rock Centre, especially as a photographer. During the cold winter, the building is open and warm and a good way to keep your hands warm while taking photos. There is a few restaurants, a Timmies, and the Entrance to the Journey Behind the Falls. In the summer it equally offers a good escape from the elements. This is the best spot to capture a morning sunrise shot over the Niagara Falls, during the Winter Months. There is a parking lot very close, although it is pricey at $22+ tax Canadian. Wheel Chair access, elevators, and escalators to get around and Washrooms in the Building. There are shops for Souvenirs and also an information desk to get passes for attractions, and information about the area.

Great place to go to get some snacks and (in winter) to warm up. There is a Tim Hortons and some other souvenir stores here which are worth a visit. Also it's easy to access the parking deck from here through a bridge which is pretty handy but very pricey (CA$20 I believe).

This is the jumping off point for the Canadian side of the Falls. They had a theater that you got misted in while watching the falls. You are able to purchase your tickets for the attractions or just pick up prepaid items. They had a gift shop and restaurant to help you remember your amazing holiday
