Unplanned surprises in my vacation and disappointments while travelling. Explained a few problems and travel agency took things the wrong way and told them by email while I was in England and I no longer want to deal with them and blocked them from sending email to me. On the way from England back home the agency sent me to the wrong terminal and I almost missed my flight back to Canada. When I got back home received a not so nice letter from agency as they tried to blame others for the mistakes they had made with my trip and in my opinion very unprofessional and will not bother to use this agency again.

Teresa is a very thorough and excellent person in the travel business. She works very hard in order that there will be no unplanned surprises or disappointments while travelling. Elite Travel is the best kept secret in Niagara Falls and I would not even consider going to anyone else.
