Surrounding area is in disuse until you enter the Downtown BIA. However it could be in progress of new changes. A small connection to all local and regional bus lines. Located close to downtown and a brisk walk to the tourist area with the casinos. The station is seeing it's age as it's fairly packed when a bus is arriving. Purchases for tickets are available on all routes. Even though the candy machine ate my change, I have to say it's better than waiting outside in the cold.

Close to downtown but a bit of a distance from Niagara Falls. Not enough seats and washrooms are a bit dirty.

For all those people who heard there's coin lockers in this place, forget about it. I have confirmed on May 2018 that they have removed all the lockers out from the terminal building.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The bald guy who works the front desk is so miserable and has no desire to help customers. He should get into a job where he does not have to deal with people. If I could I would give 0 stars.

There are seats to rest while you're waiting and a vending machine. Also a few coffee shops are in walking distance of you want coffee. We always get tickets from the website so I can not say anything about the customer service.
