I worked with Leslie Dart in planning my perfect honeymoon vacation to Hawaii. Leslie both met and exceeded my expectations. She was always available for me, both over the phone and via email, and always kept her patience for my thousands of questions. It was wonderful talking to someone who knew Hawaii inside and out, and was able to help me make decisions and gave me honest opinions on excursions, places to eat, where to stay, etc. Between Leslie and myself we built a 18 day vacation that my husband and I will never forget. Thank you Leslie for helping us build memories of our amazing honeymoon and one in a lifetime trip!

Booking was fine and I ALWAYS buy insurance to cover my rear- just in case, then came the trip. I had a few bumps, not the travel agencys fault... I had an issue with getting to my third hotel. The train was booked up for days, so I ended up taking an overnight bus and showed up late in Odessa. I had to "rebook and repay" for a room I booked a month earlier. I couldn't call and didn't have the email address so as soon as I got back I went straight there. I was assured it was looked after. I kept stopping in and got the same response- nothing. I just found out I'm SOL- I was late, so buzz off. I WAS a repeat customer, I had 2 previous trips with no problems. Now? I highly recommend anybody go anywhere else but here! I am out hundreds of dollars and a one finger salute from them. Very upset!
