Im really disappointed with this agency. I have booked a few times with them and I have had a really good experience. But this time I was calling to book a family reunion. I called on 3 different occasions to BOOK my flights and NOT ONCE did I get a a call back. I tried calling to remind them I was looking for these flight and said they would look into and get back to me. I was originally looking to book my whole family 10 adults and 3 children (thought I was giving them good business) but I got nothing. I thought maybe too many people. So then a few weeks later tried to just book for my husband, son and myself. Might be easier for just 3 travellers but still didnt receive any information or anything. Called again for the 3rd time hoping for something but again nothing. I called around and had another company get back to me within 2 hours not only with my flight information but with alternate flights with different pricing. Very disappointed! Will not be going with Progress TravelPlus to book any more trips.
