I recently used ASAP Travel and Tours for a trip to Europe and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I started planning my trip, the team at ASAP was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my trip was well-organized and enjoyable. The accommodations they arranged were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The guided tours they organized were led by knowledgeable and friendly guides who made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend ASAP Travel and Tours for anyone planning a trip. They truly made my vacation stress-free and memorable.

Worst experienced ever. I cancelled my flight and ask them about the penalty charges but unfortunately They can’t even pull out my records even I gave them my ticket number and reference number.

ASAP Travel and Tours has been our go to for all our holiday trips and bookings. Carol Bella is highly recommended, she goes above and beyond what you require for a travel agent. She’s always available for any inquires and travel questions you may have. In recent events. My family had gone through some tough times - Still going through it - I had to reach out to her at 2pm In the Philippines which was 2am est in Canada. She was very accommodating and understanding of our situation and she gave us an answer right away. Before the day was over we were able to extend my mom’s stay in the Philippines to be with family members. Which no other agent will do for you. She’s one of a kind - Ms. Carol - thank you for all that you do, the travel industry will be at a lost without you. Best Regards Garry G.

They said layover to Nagoya doesn't require a visa But it's not true. Their agents are not educated they should close and not operate. Mga bobo!
