Used Daniella many times now. Always has great advice on vacation locations and great tips. Will always use them.

Feeling utter disappointment with Four Point. To start, there were issues before the trip even started. I was sent an incorrect invoice after I had paid in full showing I still owed money, she refused to apologize for the error and blamed the keyboard. I moved on. I then received a long email with detailed information on excursions and day trips, which I did not request. Again, this was pointed out and they said my name just popped up. I sent several emails with inquiries to which she never responded. I asked for the managers information, no response. Next came the travel info, I had been asking for a general idea of my flight into for about 2 months, she never responded. It was stated we would receive our travel documents 24 days prior to our departure date, which they apparently felt was a good time to take a trip at that time. 2 weeks before my departure date I had NO IDEA when my flights were, what dates I needed to schedule off work, how to arrange care for my pets and I do not feel that is acceptable. Then we FINALLY receive our "documents" that had absolutely no useful information, I still did not know when I needed to be at the airport, I did not know where my connecting flights were. I cannot understand how someone in the industry would look over those documents and send them to a group of clients and not notice a problem and I certainly did not appreciate the newsletter blaster she sent out complaining of us emailing her while she was away or of the questions we had. That is her job, end of story. Of all my trips, this has NEVER happened. I should not have to badger my travel agent to get me the information I need, ever. There wasn't even a booking number for me to book my seats prior to. The information sent out after several emails requesting the information needed for my flights, it was clearly copied and pasted information... which I guess is somewhat acceptable, but the fact that it wasn't sent in the first place is extremely frustrating. I then noticed that despite the fact that I live in Edmonton, and my flights to Cancun were Edmonton to Calgary to Cancun, my return flight was Cancun to Toronto to Edmonton. I did not want to fly an additional 4 hours to Toronto when I could have flown to my province, I don't understand why I was not asked if this is ok and had I received my documents when I should have, I would have liked to have this changed. I did not request it to be changed, for the simple fact that everything else involving this idiot had been extremely frustrating, I decided to move on and let it go but it made for a VERY long and extremely frustrating day that was completely unnecessary. Fast forward again to our last day, when we had to spend several hours of our last day trying to figure out our flights because of the absolutely piss poor communication on our agents part when sending out the "travel documents"... it put everyone in a sour mood and ruined our last day. After talking with the manager, I was promised a resolution to all the issues. She asked me to wait a few days and here I am, 3 months after my return and she has yet to come back with a solution. Absolutely disgusted. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Save your money or go literally anywhere else. I've used other agencies that were actually HELPFUL.

My sister and I tried this agency for the first time for a trip to Italy. We will keep coming back. Also, when they suggest you take 24 hours to rethink your plans -DO IT!. They know what they are doing.
