SCAM ARTIST! If I could give this business no stars, I would, as it doesn't even deserve 1 star. First off, I live in Toronto and made a special trip to go to Niagara-on-the-Lake for this experience. It was exceptionally windy and snowy the day before we had booked the tour so I called Ian to ask if the tour would still be going on, no one answered and I did not get a call back. The day of the tour the winds had died down but it was still a little windy. Assuming I would have received a call from Ian if it in fact was cancelled (as any decent business would do) I decided to show up thinking we were still good to go with our booking. We arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment only to find the building locked with no lights on. I again tried to call Ian and there was no answer. We waited around for a while to see if anyone would show up and about 15 minutes later the pilot arrived. He informed us that they had known since the day before that no flights were going to happen and Ian was supposed to call everyone to let them know. I called Ian yet again and left another message asking him to call me back to let me know what was happening. He did not return my call until 5 hours later! He was not even the slightest bit apologetic. He kept making excuses saying "I know this is entirely my fault, but I'm not sure how you were not informed that it was cancelled" Well Ian, let me see, maybe if you had the decency to CALL me and let me know it was cancelled I would have known. I asked him to refund me and he told me it would be done right away. I still have not received the refund and have made multiple attempts to contact Ian and my calls are no longer being answered. I finally had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge and they are working on getting me a refund. I have also reported Ian and his business to Groupon and am contemplating reporting him to the Better Business Bureau as well since he should not be allowed to stay in business if this is how he operates. Save yourself the trouble and support a business who actually cares about their customers. I would never recommend this to anyone!

What a great experience. Everything went flawlessly start to finish. Ian and his staff were professional and friendly and made everyone feel comfortable. The pilot was awesome and the flight was amazing. I would highly recommend and yes we will be back.

Went with my husband via a Groupon. Ian was so nice and the whole experience was a lot of fun. It was a very small airplane (max 3 passengers) but a smooth ride and we saw some incredible views of the falls. They took 3 turns around the falls and the last one was such a dramatic turn! We had a great time

Horrible company and customer service! Waiting for a refund for a cancelled flight and still have not received it. Have tried to reach out to Ian no one will answer the phone.

Niagara Falls Air Tours is a spectacular experience! What a beautiful way to see Niagara. I've purchased gift certificates for friends and family for Christmas a couple years back and they loved it, too. Ian and his staff are very accommodating.
