The best travel agency in Kitchener by far! The service is amazing and is highly recommended. They are now being featured at Goodlife Fitness in your surrounding area as the recommended travel agency to use when needed.

Amazing service from Natasa last night! Super quick with all our airmiles certificates, and very friendly and courteous service!

Agent was attentive, engaging, and very helpful. Michelle helped me pick the perfect holiday resort. There is a small fee for using the service, but it was certainly well spent!

NEVER EVER, EVER book with Transat Travel in White Oaks Mall, London ON. November 2015, I booked a trip to Mexico with another couple through Transat in White Oaks Mall in London ON. From the get go there was issues. Firstly, the agent that we booked through told us a deposit amount and in full payment date via email and on the phone. When we went in to book, our deposit more than doubled and our full payment was due much earlier than he had told us. While booking, the agent took over an hour and constantly lost documentation. We were concerned that our requests (it was one of the couples honeymoon) would not be recorded. Once our travel documents arrived, the agent had mixed up which couple was on honeymoon, our names were misspelled (serious when you are trying to board an international flight), and we were concerned that other requests would have been missed. We called the agency to speak to the manager about our previous issues and to ensure that our documents were correctly inputted. The manager was extremely RUDE and short with us on the phone. At the end of the call, she promised look through our documents and email them to us- 3 days later, they still hadn't arrived. We had to speak with another agent to get them sent. Our travel requests were not reviewed! Upon our arrival in Mexico, the resort celebrated the wrong couple thinking they were on honeymoon, our rooms were dirty, mini fridge not stocked daily, and we were located in a portion of the resort we had requested to avoid. Now we understand that Transat cannot accommodate all requests however, the honeymoon couple should be clearly outlined to the resort prior to our arrival. After we returned from vacation, we called to let Transat know about the issues we encountered when in Mexico. Once again the manager spoke rudely to us making short snotty comments which were totally unnecessary. Having worked in customer service for my whole career, I was appalled! We recognize that these are not make or break issues on vacation however, when booking through a travel agency, we expected the little things would be taken care of. If not, we would have just booked our vacation on our own. Take it from us, stay away from Transat Travel in White Oaks Mall, London ON - save your money and your sanity! Book through another company or on your own!
