Used Jasmine at White Oaks for my trip to Vancouver. She was efficient and thorough with the whole process. She made me feel welcome to contact her at any point. She is a very knowledgeable and resourceful agent and I can’t wait to work with her again.

First time booking through Flight Centre and first time booking a vacation over the phone instead of online. Flight Centre offered the lowest price for the vacation out of 4 other sites. Jasmine was fantastic! Made it very easy and was just lovely! Well deserving of a 5 star review for customer service:)

I booked a flight with Ava 2 months before and things went smooth as usual ; I used Flight Centre before and they have better skills to find a flight when I want and at the time I need. And opening at night is a nice bonus for me.The delivery of the confirmation was within minutes. Day of departure: nightmare of cancelled flights due to storm. I needed to be at my destination to catch a ship. Not unusual in Canada but American Airlines counter was awful, they did not make any effort to TRY to find another flight (note: it's 9.30 in the morning), I got bumped between one terminal to another WITH THE PRETENSE Air Canada owns the tickets (which it did not). I called This branch and Ava was not in that day but immediately Carly owned the problem, and when I say OWNED, it means she fought like I would have done if I was not crying and depressed by the attitude of American Airlines. She was over the phone for hours recording the same incompetence of the airline, getting different answers and being put on hold several times with different operators. I was informed of every step and I was not even able to connect with AA. Carly did not lose calm (I was in panic) until after hours she got the code for re ticketing. One Note: I was willing to pay another ticket to get out of the country but Carly thought it was not right (and it would have been extra business for her). The next hour was another fight with AA because of incompetence but this is another review. I never experience such a care and determination, thanks Carly! Ava was informed when in the office, and followed up at my return (which tells me they are a true team). I read here people complaining about not getting informed about virus, safety and things that surely any agency should warn about, but keep in mind, the Government has better info and more reliable data that anyone else. As for me I am extremely pleased and grateful to Carly and Ava .Thank you!

I recently booked a trip to a number of countries in Europe with Jasmine. The trip was rather last minute and involved about 5 flights within Europe. Jasmine made it all super easy. She got back to questions promptly and provided a number of options for each leg of the journey. Even when we had a question while in Europe jasmine answered quickly and was very helpful. I will definitely book my vacations through flight centre next time, particularly with Jasmine.

Very disappointed. The booking process itself was good - it was a bit more expensive than booking it myself online, but the convenience was appreciated. However, our trip to Mexico was an utter disappointment. Apparently Mexico has been having much colder weather than usual and they have been facing a huge seaweed problem in 2018. Since thousands of Canadians visit Mexico this time of the year, it is vital for companies in the vacation business to inform their staff on important updates such as these. While I thought Jasmine was great, she hadnt done the research to be aware of this either. So for the first 3 days out of 7, everyone was in their jackets. Water was very cold and murky with heavy amounts of seaweed and debris. It was pretty sad that there were only 1 or 2 brave souls in the water. There were tractors going up and down the shore clearing the seaweed, but the water was not swimmable. We feel very disappointed because we primarily wanted to get away from the cold and hit the beach everyday, but we couldnt get into the water at all. Lost our vacation money and time.
