I don't know if Amanda was just having a bad day, but she was not warm or welcoming. We asked a few questions and right off the bat her tone was rude and condescending. My mother and I were thrown off by the service we received. I know the company as a whole has great service and offerings, but Amanda's service left us with a bad impression.

Easily the worst CAA service I have ever encountered in 10 years of driving. After 2 hours of waiting I was starting to get abandonment issues. For what was originally a flat tire which I would have attempted to put the spare on myself if I had known I would be wasting 2 hours of my life it turned into a dead battery and waiting in the cold. Stupidly we waited for the 15 to 20 minutes that they said would take which was an out right LIE and lied again twice more saying it would be 15 to 20 each time we called and that they were "just leaving" the last call. The tow driver just said he got the call 10 minutes before he arrived and had just jumped out of bed and headed over. I don't know if this was Ross's Towing in London or CAA but you need to figure it out. I am incredibly disappointed and I cannot with confidence recommend CAA anymore after this incident.

My wife and I booked our tickets to Portugal and also return tickets. We were shocked to find out that it cost us a total of $450 for our two small suitcases, a little larger than carry on. If we had know in advance how much it would cost for checking our luggage, we would have chosen to go with the smaller carry on. Perhaps our CAA travel agent could have advised us of this cost when we purchased the tickets.

Every cent of my membership is alone justified by the level of engagement the staff at this branch demonstrate. When I had a bit of a tough personal travel situation to deal with, I felt the response was one that reminded me of best friends, huddling together and saying - "Ok, we've got this. Let's figure it out." You never see people go out of their way like that anymore. If I need superlative service, I'd go out of my way to work with the people there.

The most awful experience! Driver showed up upset at my 78 year old mother in law, because it was a night time tow that was needed and said "You woke me up" to her (Third party company through CAA called Ross Towing in London Ontario). He was sitting in his truck and being very rude to the point she was nervous of him, and she told him " If you really don't want to do this, than don't" so he literally left her on the side of the road. We called the company and the dispatcher was covering for her driver, and lying about my mother in law to my partner and I, claiming my 78 year old mother in law was acting irate and tried grabbing her driver's radio from him, which is literally impossible for her to do, plus she had a witness. When her partner called in to tell the dispatch of this outrageous lie, the dispatcher wouldn't hear him out. If you need a tow or someone you love, tell CAA not to send a Ross Towing driver.
