Ok to start, Elaine our agent was great before the trip but after we were evacuated from Guardalavaca Cuba because of hurricane Irma,,,we heard nothing from her, everyone we had met down there had had phone calls or emails from their agents to make sure that they got out and were safe...We did not, I called the next day and got an Elaine who seemed somewhat surprised that i was calling her in the first place...so just so you know GOLIGERS we made it home safe,,,THANKS
