From the beginning Chris V was very helpful. He gave me lots of options comparing airlines. But the most important was that he was very prompt and quick with replies anytime I had a question. This booking was for husband's 40th and he made it really easy and fun :)

Jessica was amazing! She made our last minute commute back to New Zealand thoroughly enjoyable! Would totally recommend booking any holiday through her. It was amazing to know all of the details had been taken care of, all we had to do was show up!

Top notch service rec'd by Matthew Tugwell at Flight Centre! This is without a doubt the easiest, most stress free booking I have ever made. Follow up emails to any questions I had were prompt and genuine. This is my first time using Flight Centre Church Street but it definitely will not be my last. Your missing out on great service if you don't use them.

Jordan was great! This was my 1st trip booking with her, but my friend had booked many trips and told me she gives great suggestions. She didn’t steer us wrong, she made two suggestions one we went with and it was great! Flight Centre offered great prices like online, but gives suggestions/recommendations and are there if there are any troubles, would use again… Thank you

I recently booked a trip with travel agent Jessica Spaven and she was amazing. She listened to everything I wanted, and even made some great suggestions for fun activities to do while on Vacation! She went out of her way to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible and we were very grateful. Will def be booking with her on our next trip!
