Disgusting company. I was told by Sash the sales associate, Jet Airlines was a great company when I asked her I never heard of these airlines and if they can be trusted she said,”for sure.” So we thought it was a good deal. Two weeks after Jet Airlines went bankrupt we were checking to make sure everything for our flights were proper and after not receiving our flight tickets in our emails. We only had two weeks left before our international flight at the busiest time of the year and we were told we had to pay 600 dollars extra because we didn’t buy their insurance plan for 300 dollars which still would not have covered the entire expense and we’d still have to pay 300 extra for both of us. In order to make sure we did not miss our flight to see my parents which I haven’t seen in two years for the vacation dates I setup with my company I had to pay $2000 for both of our tickets now and wait for the refund the from Jet Airlines to reimburse it. We were informed by Sash, the sales person who sold us our original ticket our refund from Jet Airlines would be ready in a week. When ten days passed and we heard nothing from them we decided to see them in person. We were told by Sash in person money wasn’t in and she wasn’t sure when we’d receive it. I said, “ so it could take 6 months potentially to get out money back?”, she then shamelessly proceeded to state, “I’m not gonna lie to you, it might” when I asked her is there anybody at the head office i can talk to she said there isn’t. All Sash cared about was maliciously making her commission and Flight Centre doesn’t care at all in taking responsibility for the companies they promote without a thought. I didn’t want to write a novel so i won’t get even get into how the manager doesn’t answer phones or his emails and told my girlfriend to wait for Sash to come back hours later when she initially visited them when the tickets were being sold out like hot cakes during high season. I will never use Flight Centre again.

What’s with $200 booking fee? It’s my 3rd time booking with them on the same itinerary and there’s nothing like that charge. I wonder why that guy was charging me this. I even called customer service to clarify and they say that doesn’t make any sense for charging me that amount. 🙄

I walked in to check out flights to South Africa and left with a ton of inspiration. If you are looking to get inspired about your next trip check them out

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had at the Dufferin Mall location booking tickets to bring my son and grandchildren to Toronto this coming summer. Rob, the team leader, went well beyond the call of duty to find me the best price for the tickets. I spent two hours with him while he worked away tirelessly without even taking time for his lunch. He searched and searched until he had found the best arrangements at the very best price. A great big "Thank-you" to Rob for his efforts, his kindness and patience. A job really well done!

We had an amazing travel agent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Unfortunately, he no longer works there. We had a problem during our trip where we weren't able to make it to our hotel (no fault of Flight Centre). The travel agent found us a new hotel and even got us some money back from the first hotel. It was enough to cover the cost of the first hotel. I will always go to a Flight Centre to book vacations after this. It was superb service!
