Penelope Hansen at the Flight Centre on Roncesvalles is WONDERFUL. She's patient and resourceful, researching options for us on our trips, and making great suggestions. We often travel with a large group and we always have the best most convenient routes and the best prices to our destinations (Greece this year). Also, Penelope is there to back us up if anything goes wrong. This is why we work with Penelope rather than booking online.

I have been searching on line to book a trip to Daytona. My co-worker has highly recommended Aleks at Flight Centre in Roncesvalles, located in West of Toronto. Our first contact is just a simple phone call that lead to something that I didn’t even plan to go. Aleks suggested that it’s more affordable to go to Cuba than to Daytona. I told Aleks what my budget is and he was able to find me a great deal for a family five – all inclusive trip to Holguin Cuba. He is very good on what he does and very friendly, easy to talk to. He listened to you. He suggest good options too that it’s even easier for me to decide. I like to deal with an agent that served his clients one at a time. What I like about Aleks the most is that he give me update or heads up via email if he can’t call me right away. He is prompt with his service and organized as well. You can’t get this real live service somewhere else! This is the beginning of all my travel trips and hoping to go for more in the near future. Thanks so much Aleks!

Had the chance to work with Jeffrey Pequeneza after hearing about the job he did in organizing travel for a European wedding for close friends. He was able to help me book for two conferences and at great prices. Jeff was courteous and professional. Worked to find me good flight prices and accommodation in my travel budget. He then helped to organize packages outside of the conferences so I could have time to explore and enjoy. All at great prices. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for USA and further international travel. He was well versed and knowledgeable in everything I asked about. The next time I need to book any travel I'll go back to Jeff and FlightCentre.

A special thank you to Penelope Hansen for arranging our trip to Nepal and finding creative ways to accommodate our tight timelines with work and the beginning of our trek. The reason for using a travel agent became clear when things went wrong - Air Canada abruptly changed our scheduled departure to a time that could not work for us. Penelope stick handled this for us, despite the havoc that hurricanes were having on the entire airline industry (our flight change had nothing to do with the hurricanes, it was just bad timing). Thanks again to Penelope and her colleagues at Flight Center Roncesvalles - we enthusiastically recommend them!
