I would rather give NO stars! They didn't process my payment on time so I arrived at the airport and couldn't fly. Then they did absolutely NOTHING to compensate their mistake. They didn't even return my call. If anyone knows someone in this company with any authority please let me know. I wish to follow up on this disastrous experience. I feel their error should not be payed by me!

Very accommodating!! My flight was moved earlier but they helped me through it all, they never gave me any problems with my new schedule and even gave me free hotel accommodation! So excited to get to my flight. Thank you, Niraj Shah!! Definitely will be booking with you again!

If I could give negative stars they are definitely deserving of them. Purchased a business class ticket and was surprised to find out they were in fact economy. With three kids and me as as a single father was a nightmare. We paid baggage surcharges and nearly missed our flight with all the confusion. Not to mention we paid twice the amount of a regular economy seat. Do not recommend. We are out almost 4 thousand dollars more than what the economy would have cost!!!

Awful experience. They are clearly luring people to their site, and then jacking up the prices when you get there. Save yourself the time and book with a reputable site. I found a flight to Costa Rica with a fantastic itinerary for about 60 dollars less than other companies, confirmed everything, put in all my info to try and book the flight, and was told my email address wasn't valid, tried a different email, still not valid, tried creating an account (shockingly enough the email WAS valid - can we say suspicious....) Called the company who told me to exit out of all my tabs and try searching the flight directly through their website. The flight I was trying to book didn't even exist! Instead there was another flights with an additional 8+ hours of travel time (between the round trip) which was on par with all the other companies I had seen advertising with the original itinerary. It's pretty damn obvious they were just trying to get people to their site and hoping that by closing all the other tabs you'd be less concerned about the glaring differences.
