I have used this company since 2014 for my yearly cottage bookings and refuse to use anyone else. They are by far the best company out there for renting cottages. I found all other cottage rental websites to not be user friendly, or to have a lack of staff (or none at all). Their website is incredibly easy to use and the booking process is simplified using their services. The customer service should also be noted as they have excellent service. They have ALWAYS been kind to me and do their best to accommodate/assist no matter which employee I am dealing with. Response times are also fabulous. I have never had to wait longer than same-day or overnight for a response (depending on when I have emailed them). I've visited 4 different cottages over the years (I now consistently book my favourite cottage exclusively) and each one has been kept in great shape and clean upon my arrival. You always receive a booklet in advance of your stay with every piece of information you could possibly need to know (directions, waste disposal, general cottage information, information about the area, etc). I am never left worrying in advance of my vacation or with any questions. They are just a great company and if you want to rent a cottage, I highly recommend them, and them alone.

I have been using cottage rental for many years now. They are my go to site when I am looking for a cottage for the family to vacation in the summer. What I love about them is they are so professional. They take many pictures of the cottage inside and out so you know exactly what you are getting. There are no surprises. The site does a nice break down of every area so that every question you would think of asking about the cottage has already been answered. They have a wide variety for every budget range. They are efficient and responsive to questions or concerns. Renting a cottage is a vacation investment and you need to trust the company you are working with. Just visit their site and you will see for yourself from the layout how serious they are about finding you the perfect cottage!!

We rent our cottage out through Cottage Rental and couldn't be happier with their friendliness, professionalism and responsiveness. This company really cares about the client customer experience. We're only giving them 5 stars because that's all there is to give. To all the staff at Cottage Rental....a BIG thank you from the Willman's.

Amazing experience from start to finish! We have rented many cottages through this service and have always found the cottages to be exactly as depicted in their write ups. The booking experience itself could not be easier. Top notch company... would highly recommend.

We have used CottageRental for about as long as they have been in business. As the family grew up we have rented small modest cottages through to the top end of luxury in our retirement. They are the best always - never had a concern and consider them totally trustworthy.
