terrible service

Just an terrible service. I had my travel arranged through this company as they work with the university that invited me over. I provided the details of the flights I wanted to be on and they booked another, so I will be flying on a different plane than my family. Then they entered my name wrong, so my surname now appears as my first name and is causing a lot of issues while checking in.
