Warning!!! These people are a bunch of fraud they take your money and don't book your flight when time to go on your trip they calling you and say the flight overbook...then when you call the airline they tell you there was no purchase!!! The worst travel agency ever taking people money and doing God knows what with it... The only way they won't fraud you is if you use credit card!! Will not recommend this agency to anyone!!!!!

This is the worse travel agency to make any bookings to travel, I understand that this travel agency is known for taking peoples money and is quoting the customer prices for travel and then not booking at the same time and calling back customers and giving them a story (Lies) that the initial booking cost has went up then charging people the customer more money. when you go to the airport thinking that your flight is booked and confirmed .. it hasn't even been purchased ..... NOT NICE.. AT ALL.. SO PPL WHEN MAKING A BOOKING WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY ...PLEASE SAVEYOUR SELF AND CALL THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY INSTEAD.

THIS TRAVEL AGENCY IS HORRIBLE !!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I booked my flight and when I got to the airport I found out my flight wasn't even booked and after various calls to the travel agency the initial lady (Mitchell) when on a break.. (knowing that I was having trouble at the air port), then finally another lady answered the phone and we found out they had booked the flight for JUNE 16 2016... I was suppose to leave JULY 27 2015. Then when I was finally on my way to Jamaica I had unfortunately change my flight time to come home, I had to pay a charge of $125 for each ticket (witch was fine) so i gave them my credit card information. Then I found out the next day that I was charged for 8 FLIGHTS!!!! this brining my credit card to a total of $5000. I called the travel lady and she said it was a huge mistake and they forgot to take my info out of the computer, but yet even after her claiming this " mistake" the day after i was charged yet again for another flight. THEN since that I have not received my money back and they are still charging my for changing my flight EVEN THOUGH they put me through all this credit card trouble.OVERALL THIS BLUE MOUNTAIN TRAVEL AGENCY HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE, HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.
