I went to this office today and was very pleased. The two girls up front are so friendly and made me comfortable as soon as I checked in. Natasha and Nikki need to be cloned and put in every medical/dental office in town. The staff in the back seemed very nice and the Doctor was very nice as well. I cant imagine anyone having a bad experience here.

Horrible experience and will never go back. He and his tech talked about personal business while working on me the entire time! He is extremely rough causing me to have jaw, neck and shoulder pains. I only went in for a filling. Never again! The staff is wonderful however the dentist is another story. He did not greet me, just open your mouth and let me see. I was horrified to hear him speak about another client and employee while my mouth was open.

Please don't go here. The only way I can describe this place is barbaric. I've never been to a dentist before where I've gotten such bad treatment. I went here because it was the only place that would accept my insurance, but that was a big mistake. The teeth that this dentist worked on, I had never had pain in them before, NEVER, until he put a "build up" on them. Now I've had constant pain and sensitivity in these teeth since then. I'm having to save to get my teeth done right at another dentist. I blocked out most of my experience there because it was so bad. Some things I can remember was the dentist almost drowning me with water while performing work on my teeth. And when I felt severe pain and asked him to stop and give me time while he was giving me numbing shots, ignored me and kept going. Oh, and the three of four times I went there, the dentist just came in and started working on my mouth. Didn't say hi or introduce himself to me or anything until I said it. Zero beside manner. Please go elsewhere!

I am not one to write negative reviews on a business, however, in this case I feel I need to. People need to know the truth about an establishment so they know whether to go there or not. I went last week(8 Sept 15) to this office and my husband's sole purpose was to get an appointment to get a crown done. He has had memory issues for some time. I had to talk with the people that was going to work on him so they knew what we wanted and I told them if they was going to do anything else to let me know. We know at any dentist office that they usually want to do Xray's first. So they called Him back there and saw the person I talked with. They not only did Xray's but they automatically took it upon themselves to do a deep teeth cleaning. Thankfully, it was only $35 since my husband has several dental plans. I didn't know this until He got out of there and the lady that I talked to just acted like that was a normal thing even though I told her to let me know if they did something other than Xray's. I just chalked that up to experience and figured I would make sure next time if I went I would remember this. Today(16 Sep 15), my husband had an appt at 9 AM to get his crown done. Four hours and fifteen minutes later we was finally able to leave this place and I will not go back. I am going to call his dental insurance company and let them know how sorry this office was. When He went back there after waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, He had to sit for another 35 minutes in the Dental chair waiting for the dentist to come in and start working on him. He came in and gave him shots to numb the area He was going to work on. Then He waited another 25 minutes and came in and then He started drilling. My husband could feel the drill so He gave him another shot. He left the room and came back about another 35 minutes. There seemed to be only one dentist there because while my Husband was waiting for the Dentist to come back He went into the next room to work on another patient. My husband has had crowns done two times before. Never has he had to wait for over 10 minutes after getting a shot before the Dentist started working on his teeth Never has he had to get a second shot as well. Then after the dentist got through filling the tooth, He said he had a meeting to go to and that He might have to schedule me to come back so He could put partial plate on until He could be fitted for crown. I was sitting in the dentist room with my husband so I know he told my husband and the Dental Asst to stand by to see if I had to come back. About 51 minutes later the Dentist comes back as I was getting ready to leave and stated He could do the crown today. So, again, my husband laid down and dentist finished off with setting the filling into the tooth. Then it took him three times to put the mold on the tooth so it could be fitted properly, I assume. It seemed like He was having problems getting a good impression of my husband's tooth. The last time He stated this was just going to have to do and the Dental Assistant finished off with putting the temporary tooth. But, my husband states that the side of the tooth feels like they left some of the filling around the gums and it's a scratchy feeling and not smooth like when my husband had his crown done several times before. The top of the tooth feels uneven and one side of the tooth wasn't grinded down far enough and it feels like that part of the tooth is sticking up too far. Overall, again, by the time we got out of there it was 1:12 PM. My husband is going to notify the Insurance company because He is concerned about going back with the type of treatment He received today. The dentist acted like he was doing patch work on the third mold that was done on the tooth and my husband feels like He is going to have issues with the crown when they put it on permanently. This is an honest review. I had nothing against this Dentist office.

I have been visiting the friendly staff at Dr. Patterson's office since 2009, I am always greeted by my name when I walk in the door, rarely any wait, and feel at ease. Dr. Patterson is a nice guy, and has an AWESOME staff.
