Excellent staff, competent and friendly dentist, focused service! All staff, from the front receptionist to the last billing person, and everyone in between was super friendly and very kind and caring. All of the dental hygienists took a lot of care and time with my kids and talked to them while they worked. All of my kids loved it and relayed to me that each hygienist took the time to show them how to do each thing, like flossing, brushing, etc. Dr. Gore came in and spoke to me about each child and answered my questions. The receptionist who answered my initial call worked very hard to schedule a time slot where all five of us could be seen at the same time, so I didn't have to spend the entire day at a dentist's office, nor have to drive for appointments on five different days. Then, when we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, including the flooding of our downstairs after a storm, they were very gracious about rescheduling, and I got a personal message from the dentist with condolences on the flood and encouragement not to worry about canceling and told me they looked forward to having us come whenever we could. We received communication by text, email, and phone, about everything, and advice and recommendations for each person, tailored to each one. Then, they sent us home with 'goodie' bags full of toothbrushes, floss, gift certificates for a meal out, little toys for the kids (slinky, light up bracelets, cars, etc). Best dentist I've ever been to by a long shot! The only gripe I had was that Dr. Gore kept coming in, to speak to me about my children, while I was having my teeth cleaned, which wasn't great because I needed to focus on what he was saying and had questions I couldn't ask easily because of the cleaning. Would have preferred to discuss any treatments, recommendations, etc, after I was done. Also, I had requested to either be called in first or last so that I could accompany my youngest children, but they called me in almost straight away, and I was VERY uncomfortable leaving my 5 and 7 yr olds alone, both in the waiting room and also for their treatments, especially since we'd never been to this dentist office before. They took very good care of my children, and we are still VERY pleased with everything but would prefer this aspect to be different in future.

Dr. Gore has been the family dentist for over 30 years. Highly recommend him for any dental needs.

This is a nice, clean office. I believe they follow all sterilization protocol as well from what I observed. Only thing is, I can no longer go here because they stopped excepting my insurance (United Concordia) I'm so picky, and it's hard for me to choose a good, clean office.

This office is absolutely amazing. I have had anxiety since a child going to the dentist, so much so that I had to have valium to calm my nerves before going in for a teeth cleaning. Don't even mention a filling or something of that nature. I have only have seen Dr. Sean, but I heard the father is just as great. They are always patient and kind to me, the admins are just as awesome. I've been to a lot of dentists in my time but I would have to say they are by far the best and have very reasonable prices. At one point I had to self pay because I didn't have insurance for about 3 months and they gave me a discount also. They are AWESOME!!

You can't go wrong with either of the Dr. Gores. I grew up in the Little Rock area but have since moved to Northwest Arkansas. I still go back to Little Rock to have my teeth cleaned and any work done. The are so nice and really care about your health. The hygienist I use is very thorough and patient. The atmosphere at the office is very friendly and relaxing. They are the best.
